Courageous Connection is a non-profit organization located in Elk Grove, California. Our sole purpose is to improve the life experiences and outcomes of current and emancipated foster youth. We are ever growing and always looking for more youth to help and more community members to support these youth.

We have set some very high goals for 2013 which include; creating a community collaboration group to better serve our youth, expanding our services and assistance beyond Sacramento County, creating a youth planted, grown, organized, and managed farmer's market project for the Elk Grove area, opening up a storefront and office space, providing each youth we work with a birthday present and gift for whatever holiday they celebrate, and many other projects. We have also set a fundraising goal of $100,000. This will help pay for the Foster Tree Project that will be installed and dedicated this year, creating and sustaining the farmer's market project, providing youth expanded access to normalizing activities, expanding our ability to support emancipated youth, and many other things.
